Refund policy

Returns - You may send your mod back within 30 days from the shipped date on the order. If the device is still in new condition we will initiate the return and refund. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If the returned device is damaged in anyway we will not honor the return and send it back to you. 

Refunds - You may ask for a full refund within 48 hours of the order being placed and it will be refunded at no charge. If you request a refund after the 48 hour period we will initiate a refund with a 20% restocking fee as we have by then already invested in building your device to your specs.  If you ordered a custom wrap we withhold the right to sell the mod you ordered at a discount on our website to make our money back with your custom design on it.

Warranty - All devices come with a 1 year warranty on Evolv DNA, NLPWM and PWM boards. 1 year warranty on lipo batteries on DNA devices. Lifetime warranty on all other part failures for the original owner only. The warranty does not extend to a new customer if you sell your device. The warranty covers all non user error failures. If the lipo in your mod is under 1 year old and all cells are dead it is not covered under warranty. That is a sign the mod sat for an extended time and the board drained the lipo. If the user caused the failure then we will charge you the cost of parts and labor to fix the mod. Examples of this are juice inside the board and lipo, signs its been dropped on hard surfaces, melted internals from sitting in a hot car all day etc. PWM mods have no warranty on the battery or the board. Reason being there are no safeties on them like dnas. So if the user does not use them correctly they will most certainly ruin it. We will make a detailed assessment of the mod to determine why the part failed.
